Mechanic - Diesel Workshop ($15,000 Joining Bonus offered) We are looking for a talented Diesel Mechanic to join our Branch in Darwin, NT.
The team specializes in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance across automotive, agricultural, on-highway, and power generation product applications.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Deliver a first-class service to our customers across automotive, mining, and power generation.
Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products, in shop and in the field.
Diagnose and repair various engines.
Engine rebuilding and reconditioning.
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, and report issues and incidents.
Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
To be successful in this role you will need the following: Australian recognized Trade certificate (heavy or light vehicle).
Apprentice trained engine technician (preferred).
Service and maintenance experience in heavy diesel products, mining equipment, and power generation on engines, including engine overhauls and major repairs.
Solid diagnostic capabilities.
