For years, Narrogin Toyota and Mazda has committed itself to being a superior regional dealership, delivering the highest standard of customer service and quality vehicles and repairs. A vacancy has recently become available for an Automotive Service Manager with proven experience who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity to lead our service team in our modern dealership.
The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the efficient management of the department with a strong focus on:

Customer retention
Staff development
Cost management
Ensuring all Toyota and Mazda KPIs are achieved

This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to lead the team; with a dedicated service advisor and experienced technicians, along with managing GSI levels, profitability and costs, and really take ownership of our service department. You must be innovative with an open and approachable manner, and be prepared to implement change to drive the business forward.
It is important to us that you:

Have strong leadership skills with a positive can-do attitude
Can take initiative and problem solve
Mentor our service team to encourage a high level of employee engagement
Previous service management experience within an automotive dealership
Previous Toyota or Mazda dealership experience 'A BONUS'!

We're also keen to hear from experienced Workshop Controller / Foreman who is keen to take the next step in their career.
