The Role You Could Play We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Managers to join our growing MECCA team to play a key role in leading the beating heart of our business – our Stores! As a part of our in-store management team, you will support our Hosts & Specialists in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by championing our MECCA Values and embodying our vision to make customers look and feel their best every single day. Key responsibilities include: Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targets. Mentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional development. Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experience. Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience. We are seeking expressions of interest in all management roles, including: Store Manager Floor Manager and Assistant Store Managers (2 IC) Store Operations Manager What You Will Bring Our ideal candidates will have the following: A minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a store manager. Store Managers will have a minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment. Experience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment. An 'elbows-out' mindset and a passion for all things beauty. Proven ability to drive store sales to meet targets. A relentless desire to ensure operational effectiveness with a strong understanding of back of house operations. The ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building strong relationships built on trust, empathy, and transparency. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
