You will play a pivotal role in supporting third and fourth-year medical students in fulfilling their research and scholarly activity requirements.
Your responsibilities will include: Foster Student Success: Ensure medical students excel by providing mentorship and pastoral care during their research projects or scholarly activities.Enable High-Quality Supervision: Engage and support hospital staff supervising student research, ensuring an enriching learning experience.Build Collaborative Relationships: Liaise with potential and current supervisors to facilitate effective research and scholarly activity supervision.You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced educator passionate about nurturing the next generation of rural medical professionals through research and scholarly activities.
You may also: Possess a postgraduate research degree in a relevant field such as clinical studies, public health, or epidemiology.Demonstrate expertise in research supervision, including ethics and statistical support.Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.What we offer you!
