Responsibilities will include: Manage and maintain the head contract including progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and general correspondence. Drafting and administration of subcontracts through to final account, including management of payment claims, variations, and correspondence. Month end cost reporting and forecasting. Contribute to the tendering and negotiation process. Working with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved. Maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors. Skills and experience will include: 3+ years in a similar role within the remote area or commercial construction space is essential. Degree qualified (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering). Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
