The workday starts at 7am, with an average of 50 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The role includes truck operation, learning agricultural machinery maintenance, keeping compliance records, and adjusting to weather and environmental conditions. This position provides an opportunity to grow and learn new skills in a supportive, rural environment.Key responsibilities include:Operating trucks and adapting to environmental conditionsPreparing trucks and fitting appropriate accessories for each jobKeeping detailed records to meet farm and legislative requirementsConducting pre-start checks and truck maintenanceLearning to maintain and modify equipment as neededThis role will help you build a well-rounded skill set in both trucking and farming operations, with the opportunity to grow into more advanced positions on the farm.Please Note: During the harvest season, work hours may vary between 50 to 84 hours per week, with a maximum of 84 hours worked over six days. A Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) certificate/accreditation will be required to help manage these extended hours without restrictions.
