We are on the lookout for a passionate person to join our Melbourne branch as an MC Driver/Equipment person - driving and looking after our heavy gear.
The role will be a critical part of our operational team, operating from Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week on a rotation start time (either 6am or 7am start) - allowing you to enjoy your weekends and evenings while maintaining some work/life balance.
This role will play a big part in ensuring that our gear is delivered and presented at a quality standard to our customers. Our Melbourne branch can see up to 70 movements a day, so you will certainly be busy. You will also help the rental and workshop teams carry out their duties efficiently and quickly, to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role in a nutshell: Truck driving/tug driving requirements, including pick up and drop off of hire equipment from customer and/or supplier sites (locally) and swaps with our other branches on occasion.Being the first point of contact to greet our customers when they arrive to pick up/drop off vehicles - helping to make sure our customers feel comfortable onsite and well looked after.Communicating with the Rental Operations team about vehicle information and requirements - working together as one team.The ability to undertake minor vehicle repairs (outside of OEM requirements) to allow vehicles to be available for hire without delays.Washing and detailing of vehicles - ensuring our vehicles are looking their best!Keeping our OSH safety standards at the forefront of your mind, helping to make sure everyone gets home after their day at work.If this sounds like a challenge you are more than willing to put your hand up for, get in touch; this might just be the role for you.
