Matti Lamb & Associates is seeking an experienced family law solicitor (3-6 years+ PAE) to join the firm on a full-time basis.
The successful solicitor will be an integral part of the team and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on providing a high level of client service. They will be expected to enter the position with immediate autonomy and handle a robust workload of property and parenting matters. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a firm with excellent mentoring and support.
A salary of between $85,000 to $125,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience, will be offered to the right candidate.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of family lawyer, the successful candidate will have:
A high level of client empathy, whilst being able to navigate client-focused outcomes; A high degree of computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; A strong attention to detail; A high level of organizational and time management skills; Previous experience with Leap Practice Management software would be looked on favorably.
