In this role, you'll guide students in mastering complex mathematical concepts through thoughtfully planned, curriculum-aligned lessons that incorporate problem-solving tasks, hands-on activities, and digital tools. You will use regular assessments and constructive feedback to help students recognise their strengths and target areas for improvement, keeping detailed records to monitor progress. You'll also collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching strategies that align with school goals and maintain open communication with families to support student growth.
