Fixed Term for 2025, with possibility of ongoing 0.8 – 1.0 FTE Hale School is Western Australia's oldest independent boys' school. Located in the suburb of Wembley Downs, the current campus is situated on a magnificent 48 hectare site, approximately 13 kilometres to the north-west of Perth and two kilometres from the coast.
Hale School is seeking applications from enthusiastic and well-qualified professionals for the position of a Mathematics Teacher for 2025.
The successful applicant will: have a proven track record as a Mathematics teacher, the ability to teach Mathematics Methods is preferred.be familiar with the Western Australian Curriculum.have an understanding of, and empathy for, the learning needs and social, emotional and spiritual development of boys.have a firm commitment to independent schooling and a willingness to support the School's values and Anglican traditions.hold appropriate academic and teaching qualifications.have current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia, or be eligible for registration.have a current Working with Children (WWC) check.Applicants are asked to provide: a one page covering letter.a CV outlining their qualifications and relevant experience.the names and contact details of three referees, one of whom must be the current or most recent employer.Applications close: 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 September 2024.
