Job DescriptionAs a Material Coordinator within the National Traffic Team, you will be responsible for the application and management of key numbers on our TV platform as instructed by allocated Sales, clients & agencies to the Commercial Schedules for broadcast.Key duties and responsibilities:Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and clientsRespond in a timely manner to sales and agencies enquiries or requests regarding advertising material for campaign bookings, including for revisionsEnsure all creatives are delivered within the timeframe required to meet published deadlines Identify any creatives where due to invalid dates, incorrect duration, or any other reason, the creative could not air as per instructions and advise Sales and/or client or their agent asap to provide maximum opportunity for a solutionRespond to and resolve any technical problems with commercial delivery QualificationsYou will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others.
You'll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.
