Manager, Product Management - Willoughby City Council - MasterCard Location: St. Leonards, Australia, Full time position available.
Estimated Salary: AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per year
About the Job We are seeking a Manager, Product Management - Technical to join our team at Mastercard. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing product managers and driving the development of innovative solutions that solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities Develop inspiring platform/product visions derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Work with technical program managers, developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements. Act as the voice of the business customer and be accountable for platform services. Requirements A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a customer-first mindset. A level of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles. High degree of organization, attention to detail with individual initiative, and personal accountability. Critical thinking skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire to foster collaboration and alignment. Project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
