Master Smallgoods Maker/Butcher

Master Qualified Smallgoods Maker
Eve Smallgoods is seeking a Master Smallgoods Maker of European qualification, but will also consider a passionate person who has extensive experience in crafting Continental Smallgoods in Australia. You must be able to work 30 plus hours per week and competently complete the following tasks:

Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
Work both independently and as a member of the team
Follow recipes and have knowledge in mixing spices
Know how to competently use the following machines: mincer, tumbler, pickle injector, filler, vacuum packing machine
You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques in addition to Smallgoods making
You must be able to supervise and direct other team members
Job description includes all aspects of work in a Smallgoods manufacturing plant including cleaning and packing product
Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND WORK
Finish time: varies day-to-day
Potential for a salary position
