Master Scheduler

ACT - Deakin, NSW - Surry Hills & Penrith, QLD - Brisbane & Robina, VIC - Geelong & Richmond.
12 + 12 month contract (ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance required).
WFH Hybrid (7.5 hour day) Experience working on complex technology transformation programs within government.
Our client, an independent Government entity focused on disabilities, is seeking a Master Scheduler.
About the client Their role is to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
About the role - Master Scheduler The EL2 Master Scheduler is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the client.
Duties Initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring the application of complex project and program information into detailed integrated schedule solutions that achieve deliverables.
Managing change control with baseline schedules, ensuring relevant artefacts and change logs are in place.
Skills / Experience Experience leading continuous improvement of scheduling processes, methodologies and procedures.
Experience overseeing progress against program milestones and deliverables and be accountable for individual and shared priorities.
Performing regular impact analysis, assessment of critical path information, and applying risk mitigation strategies.
