Support the operations of Marketing Technology capability with an emphasis on ensuring the tagging, tracking solution design & platform integration meets the current and future needs of the business. Contribute to the ongoing usage of Marketing Technologies within the organisation by providing technical support to the user base and participation in BAU and project enhancements on the technology.
Enable the execution of Suncorp's Marketing Technology through the implementation, adoption, governance and ongoing management of advanced tagging and other online tracking / profiling / performance techniques and solutions.
Manage the day-to-day interactions with internal technical teams to prioritise, develop and implement digital measurement solutions across the group technical assets, including but not limited to Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform and Ensighten.
More specifically, you will: Work with business unit stakeholders to understand, govern & refine requirements, especially in relation to Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and paid media conversion tracking.Manage the day-to-day operations of the internal development with respect to prioritisation, requirements, development, implementation and testing of enhancements to website measurement solutions.Conduct QA on own & peer changes to platforms (i.e. update of tracking tags).Communicate to business unit stakeholders on progress of project and BAU activities.Contribute to the coordination of the team JIRA board and ensure tasks are prioritised, sized and implemented according to expectations.Provide advice and coaching to ensure standards are met for digital measurement methods, solutions and interpretation of data.Provide support for enquiries & incidents relating to technology solutions.Troubleshoot data queries & other incidents, working with 3rd party support teams as required.Continually expand working knowledge across a variety of Marketing Technology platforms and contribute to the knowledge sharing effort by maintaining documentation platforms (i.e. confluence).Work collaboratively with platform and wider B&CX teams to ensure performance management of digital activity, forecasting needs are met and to help deliver seamless customer experiences.About You: Tertiary degree in technology-related discipline (desired)1+ years' experience working within or supporting Digital Marketing.Strong experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Report Builder, Audience Manager, Test & Target) or equivalent – advantageous.Strong experience configuring and overseeing the implementation of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics – advantageous.Experience eliciting & documenting data requirements from a non-technical audience.Experience creating training materials to assist with the ongoing learning & strong adoption of Marketing Technologies within an organisation.Experience working with an agile environment.Key Capabilities: Intermediate level of technical knowledge of digital measurement capabilities (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), together with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to deliver advice and support in their use and understanding of such capabilities.Intermediate level of technical knowledge of tag management solutions (Ensighten / Google Tag Manager / Adobe Launch).Proficient knowledge of workflow & knowledge management tool (JIRA, Confluence).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to translate and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Able to gather requirements, as well as promote your ideas with stakeholders.Strong organisational skills to manage a range of responsibilities.We're proud to be a part of the Suncorp Group family alongside some of Australia's most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
