What You'll Be Doing: Lead Like a Boss: Guide and mentor clinical teams across aged care, home care, and NDIS services. Quality Over Quantity: Ensure the highest standards of clinical care. Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Regional Manager Operations to create effective strategies. Stay Compliant: Keep up with accreditation standards and ensure clarity in policies. Be the Risk Whisperer: Identify and manage risks effectively. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Nursing, with full AHPRA registration. Experience: Previous role as a Clinical Manager or Facility Manager in residential care. Leadership Chops: Ability to inspire and lead teams.
