The opportunity to grow and build new relationships in a friendly environment makes it fulfilling and exciting to come to work each day.Our Values - we live by these:PositiveLoyalTeam PlayerHumbleMotivatedAbout the Role: Lead the team of Graphic designers and content producers to ensure the on-time, high-quality achievement of all allocated tasks to drive the marketing team to new standards.Manage day-to-day team performance including Performance Appraisals and Probation reviews.Work closely with the graphic design team on the completion of all print tasks including brochures, spec sheets, user guides, flyers and other ad hoc graphic design tasks including working with content users to ensure the briefs are understood and the deliverables meet the requirements of the briefs.Work closely with the digital content creation team to ensure on-time and quality completion of all videos, animations, and 3D modelling to ensure we meet the needs of the content users.Manage the development & execution of the channel marketing plans for new channels to market, with a strong focus on sales growth and allegiance to Puretec.Manage the development and execution of the End User marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate demand for key growth products.Plan, manage and attend tradeshows & events to achieve our strategic objectives.Provide leadership to the Marketing team in the absence of the Marketing and Brand Manager.About You: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing leadership role, directly managing a large team including hiring, performance management, providing feedback and career development.Experience in directly developing and executing annual marketing plans, including industry research, analysis of promotional activities, developing & presenting the plan, execution of the plan and analysis of the plan.Experience with B to B & B to C marketing in a retail environment.A marketing degree or formal qualification ensuring a strong understanding of marketing principles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
