Job Description We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to support the National Director and a number of sales, leasing and advisory operators within our Healthcare & Retirement Living team who are based in Brisbane & Sydney.

This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry.
There is flexibility available regarding commencement date - with the option of starting at the beginning of December or in mid-January depending on the successful candidate's preference.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Working with the team to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation Assisting in the production of high-quality marketing materials Updating the company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessary Qualifications To be successful in this challenging role you will need to possess: A degree or qualification in the field of Marketing or Graphic Design would be highly regarded Excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with favour given to capable experience in In-Design, and previous experience using CRM systems Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements and think outside the box Previous administration and marketing experience within the commercial property industry would be viewed as highly advantageous We offer on the job support in a friendly and fast paced environment along with the opportunity for further education and career progression.
