About the role
As the Change and Communications Lead, you will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) team and responsible for all internal and external engagement activity for the CX Program of Work. Your focus will be on connecting the organisation with projects planned and currently underway.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Communication activities for the CX Program of Work, while keeping to a recognisable CX branded style guide Develop project communication plans, events, and activities in partnership with the team Provide specialist advice on matters relating to communication techniques and mechanisms and developing and delivering internal communications Tap into the internal and external communications networks within council and disseminate information to stakeholder groups of all levels Deliver on the Customer Experience Champions component of the 'CX Cross Functional Teams' project Provide support to enhance communication skills and competencies within the team About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Qualifications in marketing and/or communications or demonstrated performance in a similar role Experience in both internal and external communications and/or change management A passion for customer-centric thinking and improvements Demonstrable capacity to work autonomously, collaboratively, decisively, and with attention to detail An ability to multitask and prioritise disparate project deadlines, along with CX BAU work Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership About the benefits
This is a 12-month fixed-term position, Level 5 with a salary commencing at $93,169 plus 12.5% superannuation.
