Key Responsibilities:
Developing Marketing Strategies: Create detailed marketing plans tailored to elevate the brand's presence, incorporating seasonal promotions, customer-centric campaigns, and market trends. Aim to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Leading the Commercial Team: Manage and direct the commercial team to optimize sales performance through strategic planning and training. Motivate team members, set clear sales goals, and implement best practices for client retention and sales growth.
Implementing Business Plans: Execute and adjust business plans by aligning objectives with market opportunities, setting revenue targets, and developing strategies for acquiring and retaining customers.
Designing Brand Communication Strategies: Develop a cohesive brand communication strategy that integrates digital and in-store experiences. Ensure messaging resonates with the target audience to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborating with Creative Teams: Work with creative teams to develop advertising, social media, and promotional materials that are visually engaging and on-brand.
Analyzing Market Trends and Client Data: Conduct market analysis and assess customer data to inform commercial strategies, identifying growth opportunities and tailoring campaigns for maximum ROI.
Developing Staff Training Programs: Create training programs for staff on customer service, product knowledge, and brand values to enhance sales performance.
Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing strategy development, commercial management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of brand communication.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta and Google Ads.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
Experience in managing a budget and optimizing resource allocation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
