About this role:We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join us in our new Sydney Offices as a Marketing Specialist. We are a leading Global EdTech company with Head offices in North America, United Kingdom, France & Australia.
We are recruiting to join our team in Sydney as we look at continued growth at Renaissance within this market. We are looking for a Marketing professional who will use their expertise to partner with our sales team to drive our engagement with customers.
In this hands-on role, you will drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the sales team to support business objectives. You will have the autonomy to manage the full marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences through both online and offline channels. Your creativity and strategic approach will be key in executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance our brand presence in the EdTech market.
Marketing Specialist's Job Responsibilities:As a Marketing Specialist (Known internally as a Senior Marketing Executive) you will develop, implement, and manage effective marketing campaigns that align with company goals, utilising a variety of channels to reach our target audiences, ensuring you create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.Oversee website content updates and enhancements, ensuring it remains informative and engaging for visitors.Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and engage with customers, ensuring participation and impactful presentations.Work with external marketing agencies to design and execute campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand visibility.Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and achieve targets.Skills and experience required:Our Ideal candidate will come from an EdTech or Education company with great market knowledge in Australia & New Zealand, but we are looking for someone from a technology company which has a strong focus on B2B marketing, along with a proven ability to generate and execute campaigns autonomously, with a hands-on approach to driving results.
Excellent knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage leads and measure campaign effectiveness.Strong understanding of design principles, with desired skills in creating compelling marketing materials.Proficient copywriting skills to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.Flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional collaboration with international marketing teams.Additional information:We offer a base salary of up to $90,000.00 depending on experience, this role is based out of our Darling Harbour, Sydney on a Hybrid work pattern working from the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
