Fab-Line Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full-time Marketing Specialist to be based in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, and implementing marketing programs and advertising policies, opportunities, and campaigns to support sales objectives and business growth of the company. Developing ideas for marketing campaigns and pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Seek and provide information to help the company determine their position in the marketplace. Transform the online presence to drive business growth. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including analytics, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing desirable but not essential. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. Identifying new market opportunities through marketing research. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies. Adjust marketing strategies based on analytics and feedback from marketing campaigns. Work with the sales department to plan and execute promotional strategies and campaigns. Helping to develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, etc. Develop and implement content strategy aligned with sales goals, including blog posts, SEO strategy, and email marketing. Qualifications & Experience: Must have a bachelor's degree or higher. Must have at least 10 years' experience in a marketing specialist position. Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels. Must possess enthusiasm for the manufacturing industry. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
