The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Group and Network Marketing Manager in delivering marketing and communications for strategic initiatives for our Group, Divisions and Australasia broker network that support the growth of Steadfast. This role works with multiple business units and divisions, providing hands-on support to achieve key business objectives. The incumbent must have strong planning, communication and time management skills to effectively manage project workflow and timelines with stakeholders.
This role is a 13-month Maternity Leave Cover.
Responsibilities Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans.Execute marketing strategies for key business units.Support the management of multiple projects and deadlines, managing the work of others to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives.Develop best practice marketing collateral, websites, campaigns, advertising and other marketing tactics.Manage the development, production and distribution of marketing and communications for key projects and initiatives such as product and brand launches, promotional campaigns, events and other recurring or adhoc marketing and communication activities.Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across multiple channels.Skills and Knowledge Qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.Minimum of 4-6 years recent and meaningful experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the insurance, financial or professional services sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent prioritisation, organisation, stakeholder and project management skills.Strong sense of responsibility, positive-thinking and self-motivation.A good team player who can demonstrate creativity, innovation and professionalism in their approach.The ability to take direction and work autonomously.To apply We are always on the lookout for great talent.
