About the role: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work on full time basis with our institute. The aim of the role is to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. This involves promoting the institute's programs, attracting prospective students, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the business growth and success.
Location: Parramatta, NSW
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (based on work experience and skillset)
Role: Full-time
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promote institute offerings.
Analyse and evaluate current and future trends of students, including international market insights
Develop and manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively.
Advise on creation of e-flyers, newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
Develop marketing collateral and new promotional tasks for social media such as Instagram, Facebook and other media channels.
Launch and manage marketing campaigns for courses, workshops, and training programs.
Perform qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategies.
Provide insights and market intelligence to the management on market conditions, pricing, course offering, scholarship grants and competitor activity.
Analyse, review and advise on pricing strategies by performing market analysis to boost enrolment.
Establish strong partnerships with student recruitment agents.
Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements, particularly in the education sector.
Offering guidance on all aspects of marketing and promotional mix.
Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related domain.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing field and education sector is preferred.
Australian experience is preferred
Able to perform statistical marketing analysis.
Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.
Experience in media buying, planning, strategy, and activation.
Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
Skills and Competencies: Strong communicator – verbal and written.
Positive, energetic, and upbeat spirit
Able to hit the ground running, roll sleeves up and get stuck in
Works in a collaborative way that promotes partnership, teamwork, and trust.
