We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our business. In this full-time role, you play a pivotal role in developing and executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in advancing our membership growth and enhancing our brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and market insights. Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to support membership subscription, business growth, and overall organizational goals. Define target audience segments and create tailored marketing campaigns for attraction and retention. Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email, and paid channels to drive membership acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of marketing plans. Develop and manage the marketing and content calendar, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Develop and promote special offers, packages, and events to drive membership growth and retention. Leverage online marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate local events and fitness challenges/programs to increase brand visibility and engagement. Ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and adapt marketing strategies. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in relevant field. Minimum five years experience in a senior marketing position, with a strong track record of driving growth and brand success. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively. A passion for sports/fitness and awareness of sector trends, along with a creative problem-solving mindset.
