What You'll DoAs our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and executing marketing strategies that directly support our commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Development: Design and implement targeted marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, webinars, and content creation for the insurance, superannuation, and employer sectors.Client Collaboration: Partner with the Client Management team to craft communications and engagement strategies, fostering awareness and utilization of our services.Market Presence: Manage our brand presence in ANZ, including website updates, social media strategy, and PR efforts.Thought Leadership: Lead initiatives to position our company as a thought leader by creating white papers and data-driven insights.Product Launches: Devise go-to-market strategies and promotional activities for new services.Success Stories: Curate compelling testimonials and case studies that highlight the value of our services.Event Management: Organize health promotion events to engage clients and their members.Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the ANZ commercial marketing budget.What You BringProven Marketing Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally in the insurance, superannuation, or healthcare industries.Strategic Mindset: A disciplined, scalable approach to messaging, content, and campaign development.Tech Savviness: Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, and familiarity with marketing technologies.Creative Problem Solving: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and deliver results.Team Collaboration: Ability to manage stakeholder expectations while fostering win-win outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.Experience working in the NZ market or digital health/MedTech environment.Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.Remuneration and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support your professional and personal well-being:
