About the role: The Marketing Specialist will drive and support the development and execution of strategic campaigns, content creation, market research, events, sponsorships, and digital marketing. In this varied role within a small team, the Marketing Specialist will help manage overall marketing strategy to align with business goals.
This position is a 12 month contract. What you can expect in the role: Strategic Campaign Development: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for both B2B and B2C markets.Communications & Brand: Identify target markets, uphold brand integrity, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing channels.Customer Journeys: Develop and optimize customer journeys using data insights to enhance customer experience, engagement, and sales conversion.Content Creation and Management: Create and manage engaging content across digital, social media, and print platforms; collaborate with third-party agencies and designers.Sales & Sponsorships: Build strategic brand partnerships, collaborate with sales teams, and oversee marketing collateral production and distribution.Market Research and B2B Loyalty: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies, and assist in shaping B2B loyalty strategies while managing key supplier relationships.What we would like to see you bring: Demonstrated experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles.Proficient in using marketing automation software like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics tools.Experience working with senior leadership and external partners/agencies.Ability to quickly plan and implement initiatives in response to market opportunities.Strong creative skills for generating innovative marketing campaigns and content.Expertise in data analysis, market research, and trend identification to inform strategies.Strong communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Inclusion at AGL At AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
