Qualifications & experience At least bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industryProven experience in marketing, particularly within the renewable energy sectorAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaignsUnderstanding of market research techniques, customer segmentation, and competitor analysisProficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketingStrong writing and editing skills for creating compelling marketing copy, blogs, social media posts, and other contentAbility to develop visual content, including basic graphic design or working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaignsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Tasks & responsibilities Planning, developing, and organizing marketing campaigns to support Raystech's sales objectivesAdvising executives and clients on advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote Raystech's products and services effectivelyCoordinating the production of marketing materials, including digital content, artwork, and promotional videos, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliveryConducting market research to identify potential demand and market opportunities for new and existing productsSupporting business growth by developing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programsManaging and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and websitesRecommending updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics and overall campaign effectiveness
