You will be a member of a newly created customer marketing hub with a person in each of our three markets, and supported by a fast-growing dedicated, close-knit, fun-loving team of marketers with mixed skillsets based in Australia, NZ, the US and the UK.You will lead, support and monitor customer marketing campaign development, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers to understand and anticipate customers' needs and maximise their investment with Phocas.This is your opportunity to let your marketing skills shine!What you'll be doing:New product demand generation within our customer base: work with stakeholders to conceptualise, plan and execute impactful engagement aligned with our growth strategyGrowth enablement: create and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, NPS and email marketingSupport customer retention: collaborate with our customer success (CS) team and marketing leaders in Australia to strategise and build out effective marketing and communications for the customer baseContent marketing: conceptualise, develop and execute customer-facing collateral, including PPTs, datasheets, brochures, webinars, newsletters, case studies, videos, and eBooksEvent marketing: manage customer monthly webinar training series and annual user conferenceCross-team enablement: be a liaison between marketing and our CS team, as well as proactively work with our wider customer experience and product teams to discover other marketing opportunitiesGather customer feedback data: by developing and distributing surveys to the customer baseDrive customer reviews: in third party channels like G2Crowd and CapterraMaintain customer data: work with the CS team and operations to ensure customer data is well maintained, segmented, and up-to-datePlanning + measuring: regular reporting to marketing and the customer experience team on the performance of campaigns, and to track goal progressionPreferred experience:2+ years experience in generalist marketing rolesBachelor level qualification in marketing, communications or businessHubSpot (or similar) competencyBusiness to Business (B2B) technology and/or software experienceAbout you:Are a self-starter who can multi-task and can complete tasks and projects on timeShow initiative and love the challenge of continuous improvementHave a teamwork mindset and a positive, helpful, can-do attitudeAre a good listener who can put themselves in other people's shoesHave excellent attention to detail and want nothing but the best from your workA bit about us, in the hope we're a match for your shiny selfWe're on a mission to make people feel good about data.
