You will play a pivotal role in refining and expanding our current strategy, with a focus on driving customer retention and lifetime value across both our B2C and B2B offerings.
As a core member of the Marketing & Growth team, reporting to the Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver a game-changing customer experience that delights and drives action.
You take ownership and know how to harness the power of marketing automation to get the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time.
Ideally, you think strategically, but also like to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
