You'll support the seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales and advertising initiatives while enhancing the company's brand presence.You will be responsible for:Campaign Strategies & Execution:Oversee the coordination of national marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the regional strategy.Monitor and analyse performance metrics, constantly optimising campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.Content & Asset Management:Manage content across platforms such as their website, CRM, and marketing automation tools.Lead the development of engaging offers and marketing materials to support campaign objectives.Brand Communications Management:Take charge of the company's Paid, Earned, Owned and Social media presence, driving engagement and brand visibility.Ensure that marketing materials are consistent with our client's brand messaging, are aligned with strategic objectives and are continuously improved based on trends and insights.Partner & Sponsorship Activation:Leverage partnerships and sponsorships to enhance marketing activities and broaden the company's reach.Drive co-promotional campaigns to foster mutually beneficial relationships with external partners.Ad-Hoc Marketing Initiatives:Stay flexible and handle tactical marketing activities as they arise, ensuring that marketing objectives are always met, even in dynamic scenarios.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE THISSeamless execution of national and local marketing campaigns with clear, measurable results.Close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout all campaigns.Maximising the impact of marketing activities through strategic optimisation of content, communication, and partnerships.Effective lead conversion and engagement, driving business growth through well-executed campaigns.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDA bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is advantageous.Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality across all campaigns.Experience in content creation, copywriting, and a flair for design, with tools like InDesign or Canva.A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.A desire to collaborate by being in-person, in-office for your working week.NEXT STEPSAre you ready to make a significant impact on your career?
