Key Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head of Marketing & Customer Relations in delivering print, digital, and social media assets from concepts to production and execution
Monitoring and engaging with our audience across multiple accounts via key channels including Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn in addition to childcare-specific platforms
Supporting our network of Early Learning Services through local area marketing initiatives and solutions using a collaborative marketing approach.
Maintaining accurate service records on our website, GMB, and third-party directory platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Assisting with photography shoots and videography, preparing creative objectives, and shot lists to ensure content captured supports corporate objectives.
Growing our social media audiences through cutting-edge social media content and communication strategies.
Supporting the promotion and marketing of recruitment needs for our network of services.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to contribute to reports for the ELT Monthly Reporting Pack.
What you'll need:
Bachelor of Business (Marketing) or equivalent
2 Years experience in a similar Co-Ordinator role.
Experience with social media scheduling platforms and Microsoft suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to write, edit and proof engaging and on brand copy for social media, website and other forms of communication as required.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills are essential; ability to create rapport and empathy towards inspiring a positive culture.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
Experience with WordPress is desirable but not essential.
