Here you would ensure that our customers get the most value from our GrowthOS marketing & media investment analytics platform.Consider yourself a Strategic Media Effectiveness consultant, within a SaaS company with your customers being some of Australia and the world's biggest brands.Mutinex is an Australia MarTech Startup that tripled revenue and raised over $12m in investment in 2023 alone. Our Product (GrowthOS) empowers marketers by helping them to understand the value of their past decisions, and the impact of future marketing spend. We have a hybrid way of working with a few days a week in the office, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.The roleYou will dive into our customers' Marketing and Media data, providing them key insights to help them understand past performance and optimize future marketing campaigns and media spend. Your day to day here will look like this:Develop and deliver sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight.Evolve the platform adoption process through one-to-one engagement via training, educational materials, and automation.Work hand-in-glove with Customer Growth Specialists (Account Managers) to provide value to customers.Work with the Customer Data Science team to solve more complex customer problems.Conduct and lead platform learning and support, whilst improving these processes through automation.Support product development and innovation.Take accountability for customer satisfaction and lifetime value, in partnership with Growth Specialists.Create feedback loops and formulate requirements for our internal product, data & tech teams with the opportunity to develop industry-first products.Have autonomy to deliver on KPIs and OKRs.Participate in career and professional development opportunities and training.What we are looking forYou're ambitious and driven, but team-oriented. You've worked in Marketing/Media Effectiveness, analytics, or measurement, and you'll have experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) either in tech, consulting, publishing, agency, or in-house.You're interested in how technology can help businesses grow sustainably, and equally how technology can improve the way we work. You will be hands-on with Data, analytical, and be able to work your way around tools like Tableau.If you can speak to Marketing Science theories & understand Performance Marketing & Brand building best practices and have around 4-6 years of experience in this space, you could be a great fit for this role.
