Marketing Sales & Social Media Assistant

OverviewA new position has been created to help elevate our company services and training programmes.
We are looking for a confident individual who has great attention to detail to join our team.
This role is varied and challenging and entails developing and maintaining entertaining and engaging content across our social media platforms, website, newsletter, and more!
The primary functions of the role are to support our business in the delivery of the following functions:
Responsibilities Manage sales, marketing, customer service, and client relations.Coordinate and administer all company training courses.Manage and maintain social media accounts and create content for the company website, social media, and e-newsletter.Create bespoke interesting and engaging marketing campaigns based on the company's activities and upcoming events.Produce new and update existing marketing materials.Deliver clear and concise internal and external communications.Create and co-ordinate Direct and Targeted campaigns.In addition, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and provide sales and business support.
Additional Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the company's sales and marketing efforts including but not limited to:
Overseeing messages received through social media channels.Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.Maintain company knowledge and educate customers on our services.Develop sales leads by contacting potential customers.The needs of the business will require the successful individual to support with administration functions including but not limited to: scanning, printing of training materials, digital uploads of records, etc.
The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of office administration including Excel, have experience of managing social media campaigns, and have excellent organisational skills to meet the demands of this exciting new role.
Experience Knowledge of CRM would be advantageous but not essential.Sales and Marketing experience preferred.Excellent understanding of social media platforms.Additional Information This role is ideally suited for a local individual to Perth.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 10am - 3pm.
Role may be split across office and home/remote working.Hours may support school hours.Driving licence essential.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
