Location: The position is based at MAAP's global HQ, Port Melbourne. However, the position will also be required to attend photo shoots and events at other locations as part of its employment responsibilities and duties, including MAAP's current retail store in Collingwood, photo studios across Melbourne and lifestyle shoots nationwide.

MAAP flagship retail store in Collingwood complements our D2C offering and strong network of global wholesale accounts.
Organisational Structure: The Marketing Production Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Production Manager, who manages the production of all MAAP GTM campaigns. The Marketing Production Coordinator will be required to engage and work proactively across multi-functional teams within MAAP, most notably with the Creative & Design department led by Chief Creative Officer, and product/marketing lead Hamish Low.
Position Scope: The primary role of the Marketing Production Coordinator is to plan, manage and fulfill the production of visual assets required to fulfill all MAAP brand and product based marketing campaigns. The Marketing Production Coordinator shall assume ownership of the production of all aspects of eComm (studio), LookBook and Lifestyle (on bike) campaigns within Australia planned by the Marketing Team. As well as work with external producers for non-Australia based shoots to identify shoot windows, deliver samples and track budgets.
As a 'brand guardian', you will maintain brand integrity whilst being responsible for successful execution across all visual assets - including photography stills and videography.
Prerequisites: Minimum 1-2 years in a production focussed marketing role, preferably in the cycling or fashion industries.Bachelor of Marketing degree or equivalent relevant experience.Drivers license, personal vehicle, manual driving skills/license required.Position Responsibilities Production Samples Manage a system of receiving, inventory and dispersal of all production samples.Work with the MAAP Product team to ensure all samples are received on time and taken into Marketing inventory.Maintain accurate inventory so that the whereabouts of all samples is known at every moment in time.Understand the outstanding sample requirements for any upcoming shoots, placing orders and managing their receipt.Manage the returns process of any unused/saleable samples to the MAAP 3PL warehouse.Visual Asset Production Assume ownership of the planning, logistics management and production of all MAAP visual assets.Work under the tutelage and direction of the Marketing Campaign Manager and Creative Director to understand campaign specific go to market plans.Align with the GTM calendar/process for all campaigns with flexibility to adapt to ever changing circumstances.Photographer and Videographer Contract selected photographers and videographers.Manage production dates and locations.Determine the requirements for any assistants.Successfully manage all logistics in advance plus the on-site management of the shoot.Maintain an active presence on the set/location of all production shoots.Talent - Models and Cyclists Create shortlists of appropriate talent options according to MAAP's creative direction.Final selection of talent, at the direction of the Marketing Production Manager and Creative Director.Procurement and contracting of all talent via modeling agencies or bespoke arrangements.Coordinate any Ambassador requirements with the MAAP Community and Events Manager.Planning and Production Maintain control and ownership over the production of all eComm, LookBook and Lifestyle shoots within Australia.Work proactively and seamlessly with all photographers, talent, assistants, and senior members of the MAAP team.Maintain and work to a call sheet for all productions.Make appropriate logistics, transportation and accommodation bookings as required.Drive from location to location, in a safe manner, transporting samples and other personnel.Be a leader on set/site, able to direct while responding calmly to unexpected circumstances.Budgeting Assume ownership of all aspects of photo shoot production, including budgets.Write and seek approval for an all-inclusive production budget from the Marketing Production Manager and Director Global Marketing.Manage all suppliers and production elements, on time and on budget.Reconcile final budget for each production. #J-18808-Ljbffr
