Position Summary:
The Digital Account Manager is tasked with growing and maintaining a client portfolio focused on website and digital marketing products.
Responsibilities include contacting prospective leads, selling digital products and services, and managing existing client relationships.
The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and working with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
Establish connections with new clients, guiding them from initial contact through to sale and onboarding for digital marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with clients to create digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
Project Management:
Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Work with internal teams to produce campaign assets, including website content, SEO strategies, SEM (PPC) strategies, email marketing campaigns, and social media content.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Keep clients updated on campaign progress, performance, and upcoming initiatives.
Budget Management:
Manage client budgets, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer clients up-to-date digital marketing strategies.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administration and documentation to ensure a comprehensive record of client campaigns and interactions.
Portfolio Tasks:
Complete tasks across the portfolio to gain a broader understanding of digital marketing.
Budget Responsibilities & Delegations:
Ensure client hours do not exceed the budgeted amount based on their spend.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Essential:
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, digital call centers, or account management.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in managing projects, budgets, and timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience in website design and development.
Familiarity with digital marketing software such as Google, Content Management Systems, Bing, Meta (Facebook), and related tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
