ResponsibilitiesManage Think Academy social media platforms such as WeChat & Red, generate content, and do regular posts to generate leads.Provide course information to walk-in/email/phone call/WeChat/Think Academy APP, Red etc. enquiries in a professional manner, and reach quarterly student enrolment targets.Follow up on new leads generated from marketing activities, seminars, and promotions via phone call, text message, email, and WeChat, Red etc.Update new leads follow-up status and enrolled students' information in the CRM system.Work closely with the mentor team to address and meet students and parents' academic requests.Collaborate with the remote admin team to manage and support students and parents' daily requests (e.g., class material, homework assignments, teacher class feedback, etc.).Assist with operating and organizing marketing online and onsite events.Collect termly feedback from students and parents.Be responsible for data analysis of each channel, identify operation issues, and generate and execute operational optimization solutions with teams to ensure operations achieve business goals.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience (online and face-to-face); experience in the education industry would be an advantage.Fluent in English and Mandarin in professional oral communication and writing.Proactive, passionate, highly responsible, good at working under pressure, customer-oriented, honest, teamwork-oriented, and creative.Extra credit (not required): proficient in graphic design and video editing skills.
