The Soul Origin Support Centre team, based in Petersham, are specialists within their chosen field and focus on providing outstanding support to our ever-growing network of Franchise Partners. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Your New Position
Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support our sales objectives
Coordination of advertising campaigns to reach our target markets, and effectively promoting our franchise partners
Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person, to internal and external contacts
Assisting with Loyalty Program service by managing all member enquiries, manage member account activity, liaise with providers on technical issues for members
Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and programs
Undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing stores
Manage the inbox across Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin using the correct tone of voice for the brand.
Manage customer enquiries for gift card redemptions, complaints, balance totals and expiry
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Minimum 5 years' experience within a marketing-based role
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or similar
Excellent personal presentation
Fluent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, flexible, and approachable demeanour that encompasses the Soul Origin brand, values, and behaviours
Enjoys coordinating numerous projects simultaneously
