The Soul Origin Support Centre team, based in Petersham, are specialists within their chosen field and focus on providing outstanding support to our ever-growing network of Franchise Partners. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Your New Position Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support our sales objectivesCoordination of advertising campaigns to reach our target markets, and effectively promoting our franchise partnersProviding excellent customer service both over the phone and in person, to internal and external contactsAssisting with Loyalty Program service by managing all member enquiries, manage member account activity, liaise with providers on technical issues for membersSupporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and programsUndertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing storesManage the inbox across Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin using the correct tone of voice for the brand.Manage customer enquiries for gift card redemptions, complaints, balance totals and expiryWhat You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
