Job DescriptionJob Number:3263608Posting DatePrimary LocationEducation Level: Refer to Position DescriptionJobWealth ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Level: DirectorAbout The RoleThis position plays an integral role in the growth and long-term success of Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management business through the development and execution of the integrated marketing initiatives and strategies.Key AccountabilitiesMaintain the production of thought leadership content from idea initiation and scheduling, through to creation and publication on both morganstanley.com.au and Seismic LiveSocial.Provide Financial Advisers with quality marketing support to help them position themselves appropriately to clients and prospects.Contribute to attracting new business by supporting the pitch and proposal process.Produce digital and printed marketing materials across website, social media, client presentations, brochures and flyers.Support any major strategic projects in the broader Sales Management and Marketing Office (SMO) team, such as drafting internal and external communications and managing the repository for reference guides.Implement projects outlined in the marketing strategy.Support the events team in drafting and reviewing event invitations and ensuring all client-facing materials adhere to the firm's brand guidelines.Manage relationships with creative agencies, mail house and printers.Adhere to all relevant risk, legal and compliance obligations.QualificationsTechnical/Specialist Skills/Competencies Required In This RoleAbility to write and edit content for multiple audiences – including translating technical concepts for a non-technical audience.Excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation and style.Competency with digital marketing platforms – particularly online publishing and content management.Ability to manage multiple projects.Business/Industry Knowledge/CompetenciesUnderstanding of wealth management and financial advice concepts.Understanding of financial markets and economics.Familiarity with investment products and structures.Personal Attributes/Interpersonal SkillsExceptional communication skills – written communication skills are critical to the success of this role.Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.Organised approach to prioritising activity and workload.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Experience Required For This RoleProven experience in marketing or communications related positions, preferably within the financial industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Understanding of the wealth management industry would be ideal.
