Reporting into the Marketing Team Leader - Medical, an opportunity for a 12-month secondment into the role of Marketing Manager - Perioperative Care & Workplace Infrastructure has arisen.
The role will be based at our Notting Hill head office, provide flexibility, and offer the option of hybrid working.
The Marketing Manager is to play a crucial role the portfolio positioning, market strategy and marketing plan to meet local market requirements, as well as: Drive strategic planning for the perioperative care and workplace infrastructure portfolio Devise strategic plans and implement through designated activities Analyse trends in the market and curate market intelligence to inform the evolving strategy; Proactively communicate and collaborate initiatives with a range of internal functions (cross-functional teams) and external stakeholders; Provide product training and demonstration internal stakeholders and customers as required; Support the sales team and collaborate on associated marketing activities for new and established customers; Coordinate with relevant regulative bodies to ensure product is compliant for the pertaining market; Contribute to the tender process with a view to increase the ability to win new business; Manage price settings and budgets for product portfolio as informed by global and regional strategy; Actively partake in budget planning for the pertaining market portfolio; Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and; Always ensure a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Tertiary qualification in Clinical, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Experience in similar marketing or sales role; Well versed with perioperative care and workplace infrastructure product applications; Knowledge of relevant target customer challenges and workflows; Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and; Excellent relationship building, influencing, stakeholder management, presentation, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
