We have an opportunity for a bold, creative and curious Marketing Manager – National Campaigns, to join our Brand and Channels team at Stockland, based in our Sydney head office. You'll be contributing to the delivery of key business metrics and build brand reputation and perception, with a particular focus on our assets within our Retail portfolio, through the implementation of national strategic marketing initiatives, while proactively engaging with all stakeholders, internal and external, to develop strong productive relationships.
About the role
Manage the end-to-end creation and the implementation of strategic marketing platforms/initiatives for national campaigns with a view to local level customization for all business units across the enterprise, with a key focus on the Stockland retail portfolio.
Support the positioning of the Stockland brand through customer communication initiatives, contributing to improvement in key brand attributes, brand health, consideration and win rate, in doing so enhancing brand value and understanding.
Manage brand consideration and customer enquiry and sales with impactful through-the-line campaigns and AO baseline programs, using brand as a key lever in driving active customer consideration.
Manage the development of best practice content to support all business units across the enterprise at a national, state and local level.
Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing team to bring to life the customer journey through the acquisition funnel and beyond, with a key role in optimizing experience on our website and ensuring a seamless off and online ecosystem for our customers.
Manage external agencies and internal teams from brief to implementation, leading the implementation phase of communications activity.
About you
To ensure your success in this role, your knowledge and experience will include:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent
Retail Marketing management experience is essential
Brand and acquisition campaign experience with a strong focus on digital channels, including website content development
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing external agencies
Budget managing experience, of up to $500k and delivering projects on time and to or under budget
Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
