We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Advertising team based in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementing the media strategy across our national consumer campaigns and sponsorships, and project managing our brand strategy, sponsorship and creative campaign delivery. Who are you?
You are a Marketing Manager who takes ownership and achieves results in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with our agency partners and team within the consumer marketing function and our creative teams (internal and agency), as well as the wider business. The ideal candidate will: 
Media
Collaborate with the brand team to create campaign assets fit for platform.
Manage asset delivery deadlines with internal creative teams, agencies and partners.
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaign optimisation, measurement and effectiveness.
Build partnerships with our media agency and broader media partners to negotiate and deliver best commercial outcomes.
Brand Strategy, Creative and Sponsorship
Project manage sponsorship, creative and brand strategy development independently or support the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Group Brand.
Assist the Senior Marketing Managers and Head of Group Brand to deliver sponsorships, creative and internal workshops.
Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally (agency partners) at all levels of the organisation.
You have:
A minimum of 3 + years' experience working in or with media agencies, and dealing with significant media budgets.
Planning and buying experience with offline / ATL channels.
Exposure to sponsorship implementation and creative development.
