Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) The Marketing Manager will drive the execution of key marketing activities for Pidapipo, with a primary focus on promoting new products, collaborations, and events. This role will enhance the Pidapipo brand and offerings, aiming to grow sales while tracking the success of promotions and adjusting strategies as needed. With a strong vision for Pidapipo's brand identity, the Marketing Manager will work collaboratively to create engaging campaigns and support the development of exciting new products that resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to delivery, working across internal and external teams.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events at the Brunswick Street Lab to promote new products and flavours, working closely with Melbourne-based chefs for collaborative events.Briefing Designers/Agencies: Write creative briefs and manage external designers and agencies for campaign assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and project goals.Content Management & Photoshoots: Prepare detailed photography briefs and assist with managing photoshoots.Content Creation: Create content for social media and marketing purposes (photo, video and copy), ensuring all visuals align with the brand's aesthetic. Liaise with the production team to catch exciting content during daily production.In-store Promotions: Create and update in-store promotional materials.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on food industry trends and incorporate these insights into campaign and product strategies.Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the success of sales, events, and marketing campaigns, using insights to adjust strategies and optimise future projects.Required Skills and Experience:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Melbourne's food scene and an understanding of current food trends.Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.Design: Basic design skills for creating in-store promotional materials (e.g., Adobe Suite or Canva).Photography: Basic photo skills to create everyday content, such as production shoots, store vibe, special flavours.Creative Thinking: Able to generate creative ideas and work across varying projects.Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.Agility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage tasks across different areas.Autonomy & Initiative: Take ownership of projects, problem-solve on the go, and manage multiple tasks independently.What We Offer:
