This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with Pure Dairy's business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and creative tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Pure Dairy's goals, supporting the CCO in brand positioning and differentiation.Oversee consistent brand management and product marketing, including new launches and lifecycle management.Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, email, and online advertising, using data analytics to enhance engagement and grow the customer base.Create lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and align marketing with sales objectives.Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adjust strategies.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to inform strategy, improve ROI, and provide insights to senior management.Manage the marketing budget, vendor relationships, and partnerships to maximise impact and cost-efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communications.5-8 years' trade Marketing experience in FMCG, Foodservice, or Food Manufacturing.Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies/roadmaps.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.A track record of success in brand building and market expansion.Click apply now if this sounds like your next career venture!
