Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with administering the entire marketing lifecycle for our organisation and related brands. We're looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who has a hands-on approach to undertaking marketing initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate has experience in developing well thought out short and long-term marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team of onshore and offshore creative team members. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for (these duties and responsibilities are subject to amendment by the Company from time to time):
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors and advertising agencies, as per needs.Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.RequirementsWe're looking for someone with a proven track record managing the marketing function of a medium-sized organisation or group.
4 years' experience as an integral part of a marketing function within a medium to large corporation.BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar relevant field.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
