Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and manage the marketing strategy and associated go-to-market activities for the Altus platform. You will position the product appropriately in the market through a deep understanding of the industry and key audiences and use targeted activities to achieve acquisition, retention and growth goals for customers and partners.
What a typical day may include: Create partner and customer personas and journey mapping to understand buyer behaviour to attract high-quality leads and engagement.Be the voice of the customer internally, deeply understanding the needs of customers through research and engagement with them.Understand the landscape of our problem domain, through competitor research along with deep collaboration with Product teams and Partners.Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing products as they are released to market.Help define and update key value propositions for products, including pricing strategies.Develop effective lead nurture journeys to assist with converting enquiries into qualified sales leads.Manage/oversee the digital channels including the Altus website, social media, SEM/SEO.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to support achievement of sales goals and the focus on continuous improvement.Work with the Brand Manager to help manage the brand identity for Altus.Identify and manage award submissions.Manage the sourcing of key components of Client Evidence including videos and case studies.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and be the key liaison point between Altus Leadership and the Sensei Marketing team.Key skills set you'll need to qualify: Tertiary Qualification in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business).5-10 years experience within similar roles across product marketing, brand awareness, and demand generation.Familiarity with marketing platforms including WordPress, CRM, campaigns tool, measurement and tracking tools.Exposure to the Microsoft technology suite. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Excellent communicator - you're passionate about communicating to the right audience at the right time with the right message.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational abilities.Able to drive to exceed goals, execute consistently, and deliver outstanding results.Able to take direction, work with independence and confidence, and see the value in collaborating with a team.Interested in applying?
