We're looking for an energetic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team here at The Westport Club. This is a diverse role where you will have the opportunity to dive deep into our operations, plan and execute a marketing strategy that focuses on making 'Life Great' for our members and local community.

As a member of our Destination Leadership Team, you will work closely with other Leaders to develop and implement our business plan and strategic vision for the site. About the role You will work closely with the Destination Leadership Team as well as our internal creative studio to:
Provide expert leadership and advice to the team, coaching our team to be their best, and to learn and grow with us.Develop and deliver the destinations marketing plan that informs & engages our community to the promotions, & experiences at The Westport Club.Campaign planning and channel management across paid advertising (paid search and paid social), social media, SEO and content. This includes content management of our website and social media sites.In line with the Club's loyalty program deliver, plan and host loyalty events, member surveys, promotions, gifting and rewards, all in accordance with legislative requirements.Establish and maintain relationships with external business partners, media agencies and suppliers with a view of identifying new opportunities to foster innovation and learning.Manage the agreed marketing budget including a monthly audit of expenses, processing of expenses and reporting.Partner with the internal creative studio in the development of creative assets to support the marketing plan.Actively support our daily operations by jumping in, getting your hands dirty, and leading by example. To do this well, you need to be prepared to be available when the excitement happens, this is not always Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.What Success Looks Like Our ideal candidate is passionate about leading people and marketing operations. Essential criteria include:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.Demonstrated experience 5+ years in a Marketing Management role.The ability to take off the 'corporate hat' and be agile in an industry that is continually evolving.Values trust and establishes credibility and confidence in stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Expertise in providing innovative Marketing strategy and advice to support core products.Experience in digital marketing, websites and social media.Excellent business acumen with a high level of attention to detail, an understanding of budget management, and experience in strategic planning.Why Life's Great when you work with us!
