Harrison Motoring Group manages 13 top-tier automotive brands across 3 locations and is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team.Reporting directly to the Dealer Principle, you'll oversee multiple OEM brands across various locations, working closely with our team on the strategy, planning, and execution of key marketing objectives. You'll be responsible for creating and managing quarterly and monthly campaigns that align with OEM guidelines, collaborating with creative agencies and suppliers to deliver a range of assets, including EDMs, website content, SMS, social media, and more.A critical part of your role will involve driving enquiries for our Sales teams by analyzing data, trends, and insights to compile monthly reports. In our fast-paced and evolving environment, you'll need to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects, executing campaigns that attract and engage new customers for our dealerships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Meta campaigns, making updates as needed.Develop Local Area Marketing (LAM) planners, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.Coordinate and schedule shopping centre activations, including setup and logistics.Source quotes, negotiate, and ensure cost-effectiveness for all marketing activities.Document and report activities and expenses to qualify for manufacturer rebates.Utilise basic design skills for creating posters, flyers, signage, and point-of-sale materials.Monitor and analyse brand performance for continuous improvement.Oversee the management of our Digital Agency and digital strategies.Manage brand websites, CMS, and Google My Business listings.Make data-driven decisions to enhance performance across all brands.Lead a small team of Social Media Coordinators to drive organic growth strategies.Undertake any other duties required of a Marketing Manager.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Communications, or similar: A strong foundation in marketing principles, digital strategy, and media communications is essential to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives effectively.Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management: Expertise in managing Meta campaigns, Google My Business, and content management systems is crucial for driving engagement and brand performance.Experience with Meta Ads Manager.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical skills: The ability to analyze campaign performance and brand metrics to make informed decisions that will improve ROI and overall performance.Project management skills: You'll need to coordinate multiple campaigns, activations, and marketing initiatives simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring flawless execution across all locations.Basic design proficiency: Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and signage, ensuring brand consistency.Strong communication and negotiation skills: You'll be responsible for sourcing quotes, negotiating with vendors, and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturers and agency partners.Leadership experience: The ability to lead and manage a small team of Social Media Coordinators, driving organic strategies and ensuring cohesive messaging across all brands.Detail-oriented and organized: High attention to detail is critical, especially when documenting and reporting activities and costs to ensure manufacturer rebate qualification.Familiarity with automotive industry LAM (Local Area Marketing) guidelines: Experience with managing Local Area Marketing planners in adherence to manufacturer expectations is an advantage.Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to take on additional responsibilities as required, managing diverse marketing needs across multiple brands.If you have a passion for marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
