They opened their first restaurant in 2004 and since that time has opened additional venues across the east coast of Australia.
They currently have 16 venues (and growing) coupled with a workforce of over 400 people.
The Role: As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing activities across head-office and the stores.
You will play an integral part in the development and activation of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple platforms including mobile, social media, email, in-store, and events.
The good news is, you won't be starting from scratch because this business already has a solid marketing history, with great content and over 50k followers on socials alone.
The business history tells a great story, their existing content is contemporary and playful, and management aren't afraid to shake things up and try new approaches.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a marketing role (not less than 3 years) coupled with a minimum of 12 months in the franchising / retail industry and multi-site operations Sales execution experience - in-store strategies, POS and retailer education programs Experience in public relations or marketing agencies Social media experience.
Digital marketing experience or knowledge preferable.
Knowledge/Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing stream or Business-related discipline Certification in social media highly desirable Solid knowledge of key marketing principles, concepts and tactics Strong knowledge of brand values, voice and market positioning Why would this role be perfect for you?
